Denim Drive benefitting Safe Embrace for Sexual Assault Awareness Month & Denim Day

Posted by: Jamie Bartlett

To honor April as Sexual Assault Awareness Month and Denim Day on April 28, CASAT, NRAP, and NVCares are partnering with Thrive Wellness Reno on a Denim Day Drive benefiting Safe Embrace, the largest and most inclusive safe house in the Reno-Sparks area.

From April 26-30, visit one of our two drop-off locations to donate new or gently used women’s clothing, cleaning supplies, and hygiene products that will benefit survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking.

Be sure to also checkout Thrive Wellness of Reno’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/ThriveWellnessReno) where they will be broadcasting live interviews with Brandon Collins of NRAP (Today at 4pm, Collegiate Recovery Day) and Daniel Fred of NVCares (4/28, Denim Day).
