Thank-you!

Dear CASAT work family,
I want to express my thanks for being able to work with all of you in CASAT over the years. I remember when CASAT staff all took the Gallup StrengthsFinder and we found that the number one strength that most of us had was “Connectedness.” For those of you not familiar with it and to refresh the memories of those who are, “People exceptionally talented in the Connectedness theme have faith in the links among all things. They believe there are few coincidences and that almost every event has meaning.” If you would like to read greater detail about “”Connectedness,” here is a link: https://www.gallup.com/cliftonstrengths/en/252197/connectedness-theme.aspx.
The part of the description of how those with “Connectedness” think I particularly wanted to share is “If we are all part of a larger picture, then we must not harm others because we will be harming ourselves. We must not exploit because we will be exploiting ourselves. Your awareness of these responsibilities creates your value system. You are considerate, caring, and accepting.” That so eloquently describes the people in our organization, in my opinion.
My special thanks to Nancy, Michelle and her team, and all of you for your efforts to make these last days so special for me and CASAT such an extraordinary place to work that I’m sad to leave, even to retire. Keep up the good work!
I am posting pictures of the flowers (my favorite colors!) and berries as they are so beautiful I can’t resist!
Thanks again,
Stephanie
