Job Description
I’m responsible for coordinating events and trainings (online and in-person) for. My responsibilities include preparing and distributing event and training marketing materials, attaining hotel/location contracts for in-person events, submitting appropriate UNR paperwork before and after event activities (i.e., Independent Contractor Agreements, Participant Support forms, Guest Speaker forms, purchase order requisitions, invoices, etc), and serve as the onsite logistics staff member for in-person events. I also manage all webinar activities for the NFAR ATTC, Central Rockies ATTC, CAPT, and the YMSM+LGBT ATTC Center of Excellence. I manage the technology during all live events and provide technological support for webinar participants. the number of participants range from 10 to 425, dependent on which grant the webinar is for.

Work History
My background is in history, public history, and museum studies. Before working at CASAT, I was a graduate intern for the City of Reno where I was tasked with getting a historical building in Reno on the National Register of Historic places.
Personal Bio
I’ve lived in Reno for nearly all my life besides a 3-year stint living in North Carolina. I’m a self-proclaimed foodie and coffee-snob and I love traveling and exploring big cities with my husband, Brian. I have two pug-mixes, Bonnie and Eli, who I call my furry kids. My hobbies include listening to music, watching Sunday night programming on HBO, visiting historical museums, and cheering on my favorite sports teams either live or on TV (Go Yankees and NY Giants!). My biggest indulgence is buying interior design books and magazines, even though it’ll take me months to actually read them.
