Biography
Job Description
My role as an Associate Project Coordinator is to service CASAT’s internal clients with their needs pertaining to graphics, websites, podcasts, videos, and any other media needs.
Years at CASAT / Positions Held
Since 2024
Work History
Before my work here, I worked for the City of Reno, Arts & Culture department as a Public Art Technician. My role entailed facilitating the city’s gallery spaces (McKinley Gallery East & West, Metro Gallery, Lake & Center St. Windows and so on). I also helped to maintain our public art collection. I have worked many jobs such as teaching paint & sip classes, serving, retail, other art related odd-jobs and as a gallery assistant for Sheppard Contemporary.
Personal Bio
Outside of work, I hang out with my dog Marci and am a full-time artist. I make work across many mediums, such as fabric, paint, murals, printmaking, and digital art-making. One would say I’m a creative spirit. I’m interested in abstraction, specifically how it’s found in nature and repeating such forms within my practice. I also am a video game enthusiast. I enjoy playing Stardew Valley, Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Valhiem, and many more titles. I graduated with an Associates of Fine Arts in 2019 at TMCC and graduated with my Bachelor of Fine Arts in the Spring of 2023 at UNR. I hope to continue and pursue a Master’s degree at some point in my future.
Grants I Work On
