The Community Triage Center is an intake center for a safe, medically-supervised detox…in what is being called an underserved community: Reno's homeless complex on Record Street. Roukie says, "If you need a medical detox, it's hard to find one. There isn't one especially for those who don't have insurance or have Medicaid expansion."
