Job Description

I work on Michelle Berry’s team under Jeanyne Ward to coordinate a training calendar of continuing education classes in Reno and Las Vegas for Social Workers, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors, Marriage and Family therapists Nurses and Psychologists. We handle all logistics for approx. 80 events/year including creating and disseminating a calendar of in-person events, managing the training website; providing customer service for registration and payments; contracting with speakers and managing travel; hosting webinar trainings utilizing Zoom and Adobe Connect; and creating a catalog of online video trainings. We also handle logistics for the Nevada Suicide Prevention Conference and the Child Abuse and Neglect Conference. Additionally, I handle the marketing efforts for CASAT Training and additional projects as request as well as manage CASAT’s Social Medial Accounts.

Work History

Graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a B.S. in Marketing in 2010. Worked in various hotel/casinos in an event planning/marketing capacity prior to working for CASAT.

I love to spend time outdoors. My hobbies include photography, skiing, hiking, and learning to mountain bike. I love spending time with my scottie dog, Wallace (follow him on Instagram @wallacebytheriver) and my husband, Greg.
