Job Description
Michelle Frye-Spray M.S., C.P.S, is the West Regional Associate Coordinator for Center for the Application of Prevention Technologies. In this role, she is responsible for assisting with the overall coordination of training and technical assistance (T/TA) to the west region, comprised of eleven states, six pacific jurisdictions and six tribes supported under SAMSHA discretionary Programs of Regional and National Significance. Specifically, she is responsible for coordinating and delivery T/TA services for two western states, on pacific jurisdiction, and one tribe. Ms. Frye-Spray collaborates with state and local prevention professionals, epidemiologists, evaluators, regional consultants, and other CAPT staff to support the use of evidence-based interventions to address substance abuse. Her expertise is grounded in over 20 years of prevention related experiences working with schools, communities, states and tribes.

Personal Bio
Michelle and her husband Mike have two pets. Peto kitty (Pea-Toe) and Daisy -dog extraordinaire, also known as, Daisy Do-Dah-Day Little Big Britches Frye-Spray. Michelle and Daisy love to hike together while Mike and Peto snooze and meditate on world peace. Michelle feels very blessed to call CASAT her employer and Reno her home.
